GS series integrated intelligent filling system, constituted by control units and integrated filling units. Each group have 4 filling units, one standard control unit can operate four groups, total 16 filling units.

*This system adopts industrial true-color 4.3 inches digital screen, touch screen controlling. To preset infusion volume, working time, interval time, filling frequency, back suction angle are available.

*Dynamic displaying working states, filling data, default parameters, system configuration at the same time; with intelligent calibration and online fine tuning functions. And it can be connected by foot switches or receiving the signal switch, to realize the long-range control.

*Unique motor running state output signal, make it available for other equipments to monitor the filling status at any time. We attach great importance to the customer experience.

*Suitable for non-pollution and high precision of fluid filling, the filling precision could reach +/- 0.5.

Full speed button: for filling in or emptying out the tubing quickly.

Steering button: to adjust the forward and reverse operation of the system.

Start button: large button design, easy to operate.

Question 1: Can I order custom peristaltic pump with my own design & logo?

Answer: Definitely yes.

Question 2: Can I order a sample first before mass production? How can I place a sample order?

Answer: Surely you can order a sample first. And there will be some sample cost, charged based on your design. We will make the sample pump for you after payment received and take pictures for your reference once finished. If you want to see the actual sample, we can send the sample to you while freight cost is yours.

Question 3: How soon can I get a sample made? How can I make payment?

Answer: For simple design sample, it generally takes about 7-15 days to get samples made. While it will take a longer time for design, make a mold, assemble, actual test. etc. Payment can be made through T/T, paypal or Western Union.

Question 4: How can I get my peristaltic pump if I place the order to you?
Answer: That depends on the quantity your ordered. 1 to 100 pieces, the pumps will be shipped to you by express(DHL, Fedex, etc.); 100 or more, mostly by air or by sea.

Question 5: Can I buy the tube separately?

Answer: Of course Yes. for the silicone tube 15 meters per roll, or you can buy 1 or 2 meters. No problem.
