1. When can I get the price?

     We will reply a formal quotation within 24hrs after we received your inquiry.

2. How can I get a sample? 

     -After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. The sample is for free,  

      you only need to be charge of the express freight cost.

     -If you want to make a customized sample for validation before mass production, then you need to   

      pay for both sample fee and freight cost.

3. What’s your MOQ?

       -For customized items, MOQ is 3,000pcs.

       -For OSHI stock products, no MOQ. Only if order amount under US$600, you have to pay the full

       transportation fee. (Otherwise, our trading term is FOB Taiwan.)

4. Can we have our Logo or company name to be printed on your stock items?

        Yes, MOQ 1,000pcs. (For one Logo.)

5. What about the lead time for sample and mass production?

      Sample LT is 25days.

      The actual LT depends on the drawing design, generally as below:

      Qty within 15,000pcs, LT is about 30days.

      Qty 15,000~30,000, LT is about 30~45days.
