Our Disp3000 pump are in use worldwide giving dependable service. The unit has been used for dosing drains and grease traps, urinals, and in film processors, and many other dosing applications requiring reliability and ease of use. Due to the range of tubing materials available the unit can be used in a great variety of applications. The Disp3000 range of units are a new addition to our range and offer greater versatility and functionality in both the battery operated version described here and in 110v or 220v  mains voltage versions.

Specifications:
32 doses each capable of being set for either individual days and times, individual times every day of the week (all) or off.
Dose setting in ml (can be individually calibrated by user if required).
Security lock feature which disables dose setting changes without button press code.
Pump prime feature.
High efficiency motor for extended battery life.
Auto display shut down to conserve battery.
Battery state indication.
Battery back up to maintain time whilst main battery is changed (program settings maintained even if all power removed).
Approx 120ml/min pump output when using 6mm ID pump tube.
Installation instructions: Remove all packaging. Mount rear of case to wall using fixing plugs and screws supplied. Fit battery in
case rear aligning Velcro pads. Connect battery to pcb and check that display illuminates & battery symbol is fully lit.
Remove back up battery insulating tag & fit case front to rear using self tapping screws supplied (do not overtighten). Fit case lid hole caps.
When the Disp3000 is set pipe up system using parts provided in the kit. The tube should then be positioned in the feed bottle.
The remainder of the flexible pipe should be run to the injection point. Once primed the unit is ready to operate.
NOTED : When you don’t use the pump ,pls take off the battery ,to avoid the power loss .When the battery is running low ,
The icon will display . When the screen display “change battery ” , pls change the battery .

Question 1: Can I order custom peristaltic pump with my own design & logo?

Answer: Definitely yes.

Question 2: Can I order a sample first before mass production? How can I place a sample order?

Answer: Surely you can order a sample first. And there will be some sample cost, charged based on your design. We will make the sample pump for you after payment received and take pictures for your reference once finished. If you want to see the actual sample, we can send the sample to you while freight cost is yours.

Question 3: How soon can I get a sample made? How can I make payment?

Answer: For simple design sample, it generally takes about 7-15 days to get samples made. While it will take a longer time for design, make a mold, assemble, actual test. etc. Payment can be made through T/T, paypal or Western Union.

Question 4: How can I get my peristaltic pump if I place the order to you?
Answer: That depends on the quantity your ordered. 1 to 100 pieces, the pumps will be shipped to you by express(DHL, Fedex, etc.); 100 or more, mostly by air or by sea.

Question 5: Can I buy the tube separately?

Answer: Of course Yes. for the silicone tube 15 meters per roll, or you can buy 1 or 2 meters. No problem.
