H(R)CF series packaged air cooled water chillers and heat pumps are designed for outdoor installations and for both residential and commercial application with the ability of 24 hours/day operation. The units are factory tested and on site installation will be completed only by connecting with the water and power supply.

STRUCTURE

Panels and base frame are made from galvanized steel protected with polyester powder painting to ensure total resistance to atmospheric agents.

HERMETIC COMPRESSORS

Single phase rotary type (mod.025 only) and scroll type  (mod.030-035) compressors, 3-phase scroll compressor (mod.040-120), with thermal overload cut-out and crankcase heater mounted on rubber vibration isolators.

Models 030-035 are available also with 3-phase scroll compressor and mod.040 with single phase scroll compressor.

AXIAL FANS

External rotor type axial fans, equipped with single phase direct drive motors, low noise 6 poles, protection level IP54, provided with a protective outlet grille.

EVAPORATOR

High efficiency stainless steel brazed plate heat exchanger, factory insulated with flexible close cell material.

CONDENSER

Coils are consisting of seamless copper tubes mechanically expanded into blue hydrophilic aluminum fins, protected with flexible plastic grill.

REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT

Copper tube connection with charge valve, filter drier (filter for 025-035), gas-liquid separator, thermostatic expansion valve (expansion capillary tubes for mod. 025-035), low pressure switch with automatic reset, high pressure switch with manual reset.

The heat pump unit is completed also with 4-way valve, liquid receiver and one way valve.

HYDRONIC CIRCUIT

Built with air vent valve, water drain connection, water circuit safety valve, water pump, differential pressure switch, expansion vessel, male-threaded hydraulic connectors and inertial water storage tank (galvanized steel for mod. 025-060 and stainless steel for mod. 080-120).

ELECTRIC PANEL

consists of:

Water pump contactor;

Compressor protection breaker;

Water pump protection breaker

Fan motor protection breaker;

Control circuit protection breaker;

Phase sequence relay (only for 3-phase power supplied units);

Fan speed regulator (for mod. 080 and 100);
