Cassava garri processing plant used wet process, and donot add any addititives. the whole line adopts mature technology, advanced equipment, scientic and rational process. the processing of cassava into high quality garri invloses washing and peeling--crushing--press dehydration--frying--fine milling--packaging.

2. Flow Chart of garri processing plant:

> Cleaning section
Washing dry cassava from impurities such as dust and other impurities to get clean dry cassava.

> Milling and grinding section
Grinding clean cassava root into cassava slurry to make it easy dewatering and drying.

> De-hydrating section                                      

Sending the fine slurry to dewatering machine to remove the moisture inside the slurry, and then send it to the air dryer.

> Drying section

Drying the dewatered cassava flour in the air dryer to get dry product.

> Product packing section

After drying, the cassava flour will be sieving by a product sieve and then packed by automatic pack
