Zheng zhou Bizoe garri machine used wet process, and donot add any addititives; the whole line adopts mature technology, advanced equipment, scientic and rational process. The flow chart is washing and peeling--crushing--(fermentation)--dehydration and drying--frying--sieving--packaging.
Details of Bizoe garri machine:
1. Cassava convey, washing and peeling section
The fresh cassava roots transported by the conveyor into the feeder of the cleaning machine, then cleaning and peeling machine will remove the dirt and other foreign matters completely, and then the cleaning cassava in a temporary storage hopper into the next procedurethe grinding andrasping section automatically.
2. Cassava rasping&grinding section
The grinding is the most important part of cassava starch extraction. Bizoe adopts Curved Mesh Crusher( national patent machine)with high efficiency allows the starch granules in the cassava cells to bereleased out completely.The machine adopts production works of multi-crushing, multi-washing, multifilter, multiextrusion, which ensures minimum quantity of the remaining starch in the cassava residue and separating the starch from the cassava slurry and the cassava residue.
3. garri dewatering section( pressing dehydration )
The starch out of the cyclone station has 45% moisture so it must be dewatered and dried. The starchslurry enters vacuum dewatering filter tank from the starch milk buffer tank. Under the vacuum formed by the vacuum pump, the starch slurry is sucked to the drum surface, then filtrate goes through filter mesh and enters the filtrate separating tank. The starch cake remains on mesh surface and is scraped off by a scraper and transported by the conveyor belt into air dryer. Then weighing and packing.
4. Garri frying machine
There are three kinds of fryer: gas, petrol and electricity. There are some garri fryer features:
1) Our Garri Fryer is a stirring pot. Its heating method can be electic/gas.
2) This type fryer adopts the "Scraping Bottom Type" mixing and stirring. Heat conduction oil is its medium, so it is non-stick. Mixing evenly, no dead angle, makes the material mixed more fully.
3) Two independent heating controlling systems, make heating temperature be regulated, and automaticlly controlled.
4) No open flame, explosion, and fire danger.
5) Simple installation and easy operation.
6) Hand wheel-shaking discharging. It is efficient and practical.
