1. The max.Printing area for 4 color is 170*70mm, with Complete 2-color, 3-color and 4-color cassette.(Except WJBQ-180 3 colors 2-color, 3-color cassettes).
2. The machine is equipped with computer which enables high precision and second print possible.
3. Digital input for order makes the operation much easier compared with the mechanic label printing machine of the same model.
4. The servo motor is Yaskawa Japan and the speed reducer is Apex Taiwan.
5. The printing speed can be adjusted between 50-200 times/min.
6. This machine adopts Taiwan Delta inverter, Italian DS second pass detector, Yanxin Taiwan electromagnetic clutch.
7. The main driving system adopts umbrella with spiral gear which make the machine precise and durable.
8. The main axle uses alloy copper bush and all steel rollers are chromed and grinded.
9. The die-cutting station is separated with the printing station for easy operation.
10. Unwinding, printing, laminating, die-cutting and rewinding could be processed consecutively one time
11. Lubricate automatically
12. Wholly cast-iron station ensures the stable running of the machine
