Usage Constraints

Indicators and Ports Description

The ES5D000X2S00 and ES5D000X4S01 provide two and four optical ports respectively. When installed
on an S5710-LI switch, the ES5D000X2S00/ES5D000X4S01 supports 10GE SFP+ optical modules and
GE optical modules. When installed on an S5700-SI switch, the ES5D000X2S00/ES5D000X4S01 supports
10GE SFP+ optical modules, GE optical modules, and GE copper modules (in V200R002C00 and later
versions, used with shielded twisted pair cables), SFP+ copper cables (in V200R002C00 and later versions),
and AOC cables (in V200R003C00 and later versions). When installed on an S5700-EI switch, the
ES5D000X2S00/ES5D000X4S01 supports only 10GE SFP+ optical modules, SFP+ copper cables (in
V200R002C00 and later versions), and AOC cables (in V200R003C00 and later versions).
