1.   Size: 8*4ft, features:

Easy tilting: by using a gas strut, a heavy-duty latch and two safety chains

Easy loading & unloading: with 1200mm high loading ramp

 

2.   Material & construction:

Drawbar RHS tube: 70*50*3mm

Trailer chassis SHS tube: 50*50*2.5mm

Floor: 2.5mm steel checker plate

Mudguards: 1.5mm flat steel

Gusset footsteps: 2.5mm steel checker plate

Trailer frame height: 300mm, frame tube: 40*40*2.5        

Loading ramp angle steel: 30*30*3 angle plate  

        

3.   Suspension system:

Hot-dipped Galvanized Axle: 40mm round solid axle, no brake for light duty. Braked axles can be supplied for heavy duty trailers upon request          

Hot-dipped Galvanized Leaf spring: 5-leaf eye-to-eye springs            

Wheel: 2*13" wheel (powder coated steel rim+ DOT certified tire)

Spare wheel can be supplied at extra costs upon request

 

4.   Standard trailer parts and accessories:

Coupling: Australian standard 50mm ball coupler, or any other type/s of coupling according to locations & requirements of overseas customers          

Safety chain: 8mm diameter in compliance with Australian standard, or to be made according to requirements of other countries’ standards        

Jockey wheel: 8" solid wheel, swing up type

With LED tail lights (ADR certified or E-marked)
