Product Features
1. The vacuum seperation of the purifier is conducted through a separation device with an inflator. This is a new patented technology(Patent No. ZL200420060968.5 ). It employs a particular stainless, foldable column for dehydration and degassing, and enlarges the area of oil separation to facilitate three-dimensional evaporation, so as to obtain enough time for degassing and to achieve the best effect of separation.
2. It uses a new-type heating equipment (Patent No. ZL02276238.8), which has a low heating load and is able to prevent oil from ageing.
3. It uses an imported liquid ring vacuum pump and takes cooling liquid(or water) as a lubricating medium. Thus it wont matter if gas enters the vacuum pump, and users need not bother to replace the medium-functioning oil in the rotary vacuum pump.
4. Its oil level control adopts a photoelectric mode(with main components imported from Switzerland) and features a very sensitive and precise control. Even foams can be sensed, and thus there is no possibility of oil spray(Spray-free Patent No. ZL200420060973.6)
5. It uses a special high-viscosity oil feed pump and adopts a special sealing treatment. It is free from oil leakage, low in operational noise and long in useful life.
6. It also features a scientifically designed precision filtering element. In this purifier, China-made filtering elements can be inter-replaced with Italy-imported ones so that users can resort to a suitable filtering material according to the quality of different oil. Thus the use costs and oil treatment effects can be taken into balanced account.
