Technical description

1,Using the expanding sleeve connect the motor and the devices.(using the rectangle spline for the 40kW,55kW)

2,The cooling mode of the motor is IC46W(water cooling) and we advise you to choose specialized explosion-proof water cooler of our company.

3,The installation size of the inlet and outlet hole is M27×2(internal thread).

4,The condition of the cooling water: water pressure range between 0.3 and 0.8MPa;the flow rate is higher than 2.8t/h.

5,There are oil hole before and after the outer bearing cover and please oiling in accordance with the specification requirements.

6,For the lubricating oil, we generally choose“the Great Wall 3# universal grease”.

Remarks: 1,The outside view of the seat No 450 series and 630 series are shown by “figure one”(the junction box is at the top of the motor), the outside view of the seat No 560 series ,630 series and 1000 series are shown by “figure two”.

2,For the installation, the thread hole size of the “M” is equal to the balance adjustment bolt hole.

3,The key of the seat No 450S,450M shaft extension end are rectangle spline, the rest series have no keys and are used with the expanding sleeve.

4,Pay attention when you select the motor: The installation of the TBVF series permanent magnet motor should be correspond with the power of the chosen specification model according to the “power” column in the table.

5,The installation of the QTVF series permanent magnet motor should be correspond with the seat NO of the chosen specification model according to the “seat NO” column in the table.

1.Packing:

We all take standard export packing cases made of exemption plates that thickness of the composite plates are about the 9mm to 15mm according with the export requirements.Of course,We also can take the wooden cases made of solid wood with fumigation and supply the Inspection Certificate of Fumigation.

2.Freight:

(1)Shipping:We cooperate with good international ship agency to ensure the interests of the buyer that the buyer can receive the goods in time.We usually accept liner shipping so that we should contact duly and co-operate on the freight peak to solve those problems of transportation.If you have any other requirements,Please tell us and consult with it.

(2)Express and Air transport:We also move goods by express and air transport if you really have emergency demand for these goods .But we can’t take the resulting costs and the scale of the goods must be small.

(3)International multimodal transport:The qualified MTO takes the transportation of the goods to make sure to arrive in terminal on time.We use container transport in general with the exception of special circumstances.
