Yi Xun have been manufacturing plastic mold and injection moulding for many years, accumulated many experiences in area of Auto-parts moulding and mold, medical parts moulding and mold, home appliance parts moulding and mold, daily commodity parts moulding and mold, electronics and telecommunication parts moulding , flight parts, and other kinds of shape plastic purpose made parts. Now,Yi Xun have 10 sets injection machines, tonnage from 80T, 100T, 150T, 250T, up to 380T and skilled technicians which can satisfy production task.
Successful cases
1: received client 3D drawing or sample,
2: Design the Mold , and sent the 3D design drawing to client's comfirm,
3: Machinning the Mold, including the CNC , EDM , Polishing etc.
4: Test the mold, in this stage, we will install the Mold in our Injection Machine, get the sample,
5: Check to sample, we have 3D Measurement and 2D test,
6: sent sample by DHL OR Fedex to client's check. if ok, than ship out the mold, if not, than modify the mold.
