2. If there is unclear information, will give you response immediately. If there is no question, the quotation will be offered within 1-2 days.

3. If it is the new project for you, we can also provide some valuable suggestions as your requests.

4. During the production, I will offer some photos or information to let you know the progress.

5. Before finishing, I will confirm the address, shipping type, delivery port and forwarder with you. If you have no forwarder, I will introduce one.

6. The shipment information (shipping date, shipping time etc) will be offered after arranging.

7. Before arriving, I will send an email to inform you, hope you can arrange the customs clearance on time.

8. After checking the product quality, any question, please do not hesitate to contact me.

A. Design protection?
We will not send your drawing to other importers, let other companies copy your design.

B. About mold?
The mold alway belongs to your company, only you have the usage rights. Will not use for other companies without your approval.

C. Tooling cost?
You only need to pay one time at the beginning of the sample production. In the future if the mold is bad, we will make a new mold without asking changes from you. The new tooling cost will be in our account.

D. Quality documents?
After shipment, the material cert and dimension inspection report will be offered with the BL, packing list and commercial invoice together.

E. Quotation validity?
Usually 1 year, but except the force majeure conditions. I think you can understand it.
