single stick label should have right pattern,colors and fonts, good printing quality no obvious show besmirch,no noise and no defects.

Seal cutting

After cutting ,the single stick labels edge is smooth, no flash and silk glue. After cutting, geometry center is on the center and the deviation error less than 2mm.The label on the center of  5 Gallon caps. The deviation between label and caps center diameter   error is not more than 2mm

Heat sealing

heat sealing evenly, level off, without apparent ruffle, become warped edge, Stick label and 5 Gallon caps heat sealing are strength.when taking off label,the label area remains on the cap no more than 50mm2 and not more than three areas, the largest area does not exceed 300mm2.

Thermal stability

A, resistance to low temperature,the label  not appear warped edge,roll edge and loose.

B. resistance to high-temperature,the label  not appear warped edge,roll edge and loose.
