2. The price quoted above is as FOB Tianjin, China in currency USD.

3. The packing cost is included.

4. Payment terms are 50% down, and balance paid upon receiving the copy of B/L.

5. First samples will be shipped to you within 10-20 days upon the receipt of tooling payment.

6. The goods will be delivered within 15-30days after samples approved.
