Installation Operation Note

1.after pipe cutting,the end face must be flat and smooth,the out surface can not have burrs and deformation,to keep pipe surface clear and pluge into the connector directly,the pipe should be pushed to E position as shown in the picture to make sure seal.

2.the attached part(B) is special disassemblu clasp,to press the B on the pipe tie-in and pull the pipe when disassemble the pipe.

3.the part C is strenght ring for aluminum-plastic pipe.after pipe cutting and put the part C into the A end position to improve the sealing,the aluminum-plastic pipe must be equipped with strenght ring.

Packaging :

1.Inner packaging

For brass fitting ,we used nylon bags do inner packaging , Nylon bag can reduce oxidation occurred , To prevent rust And keep the brass luster.

2.Retail packaging

We put 50 or 100 pcs of brass ball valve in one carton box . Ensure that a sufficient quantity ,and protect goods in transfer.

3.Transfer packaging

For export we put goods in Moisture-proof packaging ,and put wooden box out side . Ensure that the product in transit in good condition.

4.custom packaging

1.Sample shipping
