Each design provides our Customer with the widest possible processing window. Cincinnati Milacron uses sophisticated computer modeling to design screws to meet your application. Information is provided by the Customer regarding the formulation, tooling, and desired throughput rate. This information is incorporated into the computer model to determine the optimal shape of each zone on the screws.
