Shipping payment:

Most air freight charges shall be prepaid before departure, and freight collect is also available for some big cities like Los Angels, New York, London, Paris, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Brussels, Rome, Dubai, Panama, please contact our sales for final confirmation.

 

Telegraph Transfer, Western Union, PayPal, Escrow, Money Gram, will be acceptable after check with our sales.

 

Refund Guaranteed:

Service fee will be 100% refunded if you are not satisfied with our service, and please note that air freight charges is not applicable.

 

Working procedure/Steps:

• You authorize us to handle your shipment by notifying goods supplier(s) about us by email with copy to us;
• We contact your suppliers to initiate the shipment with an air booking
• We confirm air space and flight schedule with you;
• Release S/O to shipper and send goods to airport;
• Inform you the cargo final chargeable weight measured by airport/airline.
• Issue a freight charge invoice to you,
• You make fast payment and send us payment copy;
• Export customs clearance
• Flight departure;
• Daily cargo status tracking report to you;
• Cargo arrival notice
• Cargo delivery
• Cargo Service review and improvement suggestions.
