Pressure tanks belong to the pressure vessel series, which is used for the storage of liquid and gas. On the basis of pressure, pressure tanks can be classified as high pressure, middle pressure, low pressure and atmospheric pressure. If classified according to the materials, they can be grouped into three kinds as stainless steel storage tank, carbon steel tank and alloy steel pressure tank. But this can also be designed in according with the customers' special requirements.

Autoclave is the key equipment in the production of aerated concrete and autoclaved brick. Our autoclave is a principle and cylindrical device made of steel, and has the advantages of good quality and reliable performance.

1.This autoclave is a steel horizontal equipment. The cover of this autoclave is made of 16MnR steel plate, and the welded joint is disposed with heat treatment and NDT, so it can operate safely.

2.The kettle door is an operative structure, and it works depending on hand-operated reducer. In addition, this door can start or stop by motor-driven, air-driven and liquid-driven according to different need of users. There are two types with different open methods: side open and top open.

3.The kettle door is sealed with professional rubber seal rings, and it is easy to install. The most important is that these rubber rings are with high quality and durable.

4.The support of this autoclave can be changed according to different conditions, which can help the kettle work smoothly.
