The new CL and DL series of CNC slant bed lathes have rigid cast-iron structure hardened(50-52HRc) and ground to guarantee high precision and stability. Machine beds are made of hear stabilized cast-iron. A wise range of machine configurations are available with spindle from ASA5" to ASA 15", power up to 30KW and turning length up to 3000mm. A wide range of options and accessories are available to customize the lathe for specific applications.

1. High rigidity structure design: with one piece casting, the machine has large loading section, so it has nice rigidity and shock absorption which ensure the high precision working.

2. High efficiency and low noise: with AC servo motor and V type belt effective transmission, the machine can escape noise.

3. Main spindle with high speed and rigidity: with NSK precision high speed spindle sets, retightening force and nice spacing supporting, the spindle has high rigidity and speed.

4. Knife rest with high reliability: the high rigidity hydraulic knife rest has high reliability and repeat location accuracy.

5. The machine is designed with ball-screw, plastic stickers; it has high efficiency of driving &accuracy, steady movement of knife rest.
