Introduction to our off-grid solar system

Off-grid solar system consists of photovoltaic array, solar controller, inverter, battery, control box and other

equipment. There are three types off-grid solar system: pure off grid solar system, 

electric complementary off-grid solar system and wind solar hybrid power system.

The solar power system is widely applied in remote mountainous area, the area without electricity, island, comminication base station, street lamps and other applications. When sunlight is abundant, photovoltaic array will convert solar energy into electric power, then supplying power to load. Meantime, batteries will also be charged fully. When no sunlight, direct-current load will be charged by the batteries through solar charging 

and discharging controller. Meanwhile, the batteries will directly supply electricity to independent 

inverter, through which alternating-current electricity are produced and supplied to AC load.

City-electricity and solar hybrid off-grid power system achieves such a operating mode that city-electricity and solar power jointly supply power. In such mode, solar power is prior. 

When solar power is not enough to supply electricity, the mode will automatically switch to city-electricity. So load working won’t be influenced.
