High Purity Corundum/AL2O3/Alumina Ceramic Tube is widely used in thermocouple protections and some are used in furnaces. We make tubes: open for two ends, one open & the other closed, with holes in the tube. The size ranges from 3mm to 180mm for O.D., and the length from 10mm to 3000mm. Any CUSTOMIZED size or design from you would be welcomed!

Selection of a variety of high-quality ceramic materials, hot, dry-pressed or injection molding, from high-temperature sintering of alumina ceramic pipes, alumina ceramic rods (which can be mechanical or electronic finishing, the tolerances up to +/- 0.01mm.), high hardness, insulation, wear-resistant, high temperature-resistant, hot and cold shock-resistant. Customers can request a special size and production.

Applications of alumina tube 99%:

Alumina ceramic Pipe is mainly applied to wear, serious scour of material handling occasions, such as coal-fired power generation, metallurgy, coal, mining, industry, and other geological materials pipeline, as well as the use of electronic appliances such as insulation pipe; alumina ceramic rods is widely used in the industry of resistance to temperature and thermostat, as a resistance ceramic matrix and two-metal thermostat used in ceramic-top column.
