FAQ And Solutions:

1.Completely dead,no display?

A.no battery power,battery disconnected,over discharged,or connected reverse dead,no display polarity. B.battery voltage too low,battery voltage must be at least 10v for the unit to operate.

C.power switch is no pressed,press and hold power switch

2.Mains normal but no output charge current?

A.ac input is missing,check ac input connection.

B.input protector is effective,reset the input protector.

3.Green,yellow and red LED blinking 0.5s together?

Mode select fault,if the output voltage select 12v mode jumper,you should adjust your voltage battery lower than 15v, if the output voltage select 24v mode jumper,you should adjust your voltage battery higher than 15v.

4.Red LED linking 0.5s,others LEDs off?

Probable case and items to examine of correct:Fan fault,you should examine the fan in charger

5.Red LED blinking 2s?

The charger operate over temperature,the charger should be operated below 60 °C
