Characteristics:

The Low  heat-rise Rice Whitener Model CFN14/14A developed by means of the latest patented techniques  features the multiple air inlets for the air entering into the whitening  chamber,  the new enhanced  air-jetting technique and the air volume passing through the whitening chamber which is 1.8 times higher than that of the conventional rice whitener model NF14/14A.  Adopted at the tail part of a rice milling process,  this machine  is  able to  increase the working efficiency of the rice whitening system,  and  reduce  the  number of rice whiteners and bucket elevators to be used and the power consumption as well. Being applied for fine whitening of rice, it is suited to be incorporated in a 50~100t/d rice milling system for low-temperature rice whitening.

 It's mainly used for a complete set of 50 ton per day, adopt high pressure jet air and bran suction device, which is used to white rice whitening and polishing. The process of whitening is go on under the state of fluidized-bed give full expression to friction and fine whitening for the grains with grains whitening each other and whitening itself. The finished rice is of low bran content, high white rice yield. These rice polisher are adopt special single emery roll, It also can adopt iron roll.
