1.) Shipping:

To save time and cost , we always choose Fedex or EMS. It is quick & economic .

           Fedex: 2--6working days to all countries.

              DHL: 3--7working days to all countries

If you need other shipping way like UPS ,EMS or TNT, please contact with us to confirm your preferred shipment method Before ordering ,however,you need to afford the caused extra charge

2.)Washing instruction:

a. Use Cold water, and mild shampoo

b. shake it out carefully and dry it in a natural way

c. don't style it until it's completely dry, don't rub it vigorously

3.)Care Instruction :

a. Don't expose it to intense heat

b. for curly hair ,don't brush when it is dry, and don't use blow drier

c. When not use, the wig should be stored in the paw proof case.

4.) Refunds/Exchanges: 

a.) We are not liable for damage by processing wig yourself--dying, bleaching knots, changing texture pattern.

b.) Due the personal nature of lace wigs, we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges on this item.
