Main technical flow:

waste tire---tire debaeader( steel bead wire drawing machine) ---  tire cutting machine -- belt conveyor -- whole tire shredder(50x50mm)-- lump tyre in-feed belt conveyor---560 double- roll rubber breaker(10-30 mesh)---- big vibration screen--- belt magnetic separator ----  vibration screen-----  blower----  fiber separator----screw conveyor--- screw distributor-----fine rubber powder pulverizer group (20-120Mesh)The fiber rope and steel wire are embedded inner rubber in waste tire. For producing rubber powder, it should remove steel wire and fiber from rubber firstly. After take away steel bead wire from waste tire, it still have steel wire embedded in tire. So for separating steel wire and fiber from fiber, it needs to shred into certain size. the smaller size , the better separating effect.560 double roll rubber cracker can crack tire block of 50x50mm into 10-30 mesh. Double roll rubber cracker can separate steel wire from rubber by compaction and extrusion caused by double rolls.After double roll rubber breaker, we set the  vibration screen . The size embedded steel wire and unsuitable size will not pass through big vibration screen and are back to double- roll rubber cracker for shredding again. The suitable size whish is mixing with fiber and steel wire; pass through belt magnetic separator to remove the steel wire. when the material enter into small vibration screen, the suitable certain size will pass through small vibration screen and the unsuitable size will be back to double roll rubber breaker .most of fiber in suitable size are separated from rubber , without embedded inner rubber. So Fiber separator can remove fiber from rubber.
Then they enter into fine rubber powder grinder and get 30-80 mesh. The residue fiber are also pulverized into 30-80mesh.  fiber in rubber powder won't be seen  via our eyes. We can assure that fiber can removal to 98% and steel removal to 99%. 

 

Final products can be STEEL WIRE ,RUBBER POWDER, FIBER, STEEL CRUMB.
