The film releasing motor can be controlled by three speeds. At the beginning, the film releasing speed is fast, it slows down when the film with a certain length is stored, and it is slower when the film storage critical point is reached. When the packaging machine is controlled to set film by three speeds, it can run stably even in high speed, so that the color mark tracking is not affected.
