SHL-360 multi-function Leeb hardness tester according to the Leeb hardness measurement principle can be easily and quickly measure a variety of metal materials, and instantly display the value of measured hardness. And it can swiftly convert the hardness value(Brinell HB, Luo s HRC, Vickers HV, Shaw HS). It can be pre-set tolerance limits, beyond the scope will automatic alarm. Host of the product integrated with high-speed thermal mini-printer, adopted imported high-speed printer core can support on the spot printing. The imported long-term paper to ensure that the data can be stored for long periods. Low-power cost design relies on a stable IC integrated circuits, standard high-capacity, long life, high-speed rechargeable NiMH battery pack. Chinese display, menu structure operation panel, used easy and convenient. The seven profiled impact device does not need calibration, automatic identification, USB interface transfer, mass storage, and with data processing software can be working friendly with PC.

a.Based on the Leeb hardness measurement principle, can detect a variety of metal materials; with software calibration feature.
b.A host can be equipped with seven different impact devices, automatically identify the type of impact device, and after replacement without recalibration.
c.Supporting forged steel (Steel) material. When you use the D / DC type impact device test "Forged" sample can be directly read the HB value without having to manually look-up table.
d.The hardness value can be preset lower and upper limit, automatic alarm when out of range. Convenient used for batch testing.
e.Adopted large-screen 128 × 64 dot matrix LCD display, information-rich and intuitive.
f.Chinese display, menu structure panel, simple and convenient operation. EL backlight display for easy use in dimly lit environments.
g.Can store 500 groups (impact times 32 ~ 1) hardness measurement data, each data consists of a single measured value, the average data, testing date, impact direction, the number of materials, hardness system information.
