1. The Features of the Circular Vibrating Screen:

The circular vibrating screen is one making circular movement, having several screen layers, and high-efficient screen. The circular vibrating screen make use of the tube style eccentric shaft vibration excite and the partial piece of adjusting the amplitude, and the material sieve drip line is long, the sieving specification is more, has the advantages of strong structure, strong excitation force, high sieving ratio, low vibration noise, sturdy and durable, easy maintenance, safe operation. It mainly used in the fields of the mining ores, building materials, transportation, energy and chemical industry.

 

2. The Working Principle: the circular vibrating screen is mainly made up of screen box, sieves/screens, vibrating device and the vibrating spring. The vibration device is installed/ fixed on the side of the screen box, driven by the V-belts and work with the motors, and then produce the centrifuge inertia force, force the screen box to vibrate.
