The application of ball mill
It is widely used in cement, Portland products, new building materials, refractory material, chemical fertilizer, black and non ferrous metal processing and glass ceramics production industry, be grinding of dry or wet grinding for all kinds of ores and other materials.
About Working principle:
The ball mill is horizontal cylinder rotating device,along the gear transmission outside,has two storehouse.
1.The materialis deliveryed into the first storehouse though feeding device under the function of the hollow shaft;
2.there is ladder lining board or corrugated lining board in the first storehouse, inlay diefferent specifications steel ball, The cylinder body rotation can produce centrifugal force,it make steel ball steel ball to
a certain height down,then produce slams and grinding for the material.
3.The material in the first storehouse reach coarse grinding into the second storehouse though single clapboard,there is flat lining board In the first store house,also inlay steel ball. grinding materials again.
4.Powder material is discharged by the unloading board ,Finish the grinding process.
