1.  Description

AHKD-1000XYZ full-automatic Knoop hardness test system, integrated with optical projection, mechanic shift, electric control, digital projection, image analysis, and computer process etc. kinds of latest professional technique, it can control the Knoop hardness tester and auto stage by host, and indicate the indentation on the screen by digitization, then test the micro hardness of metal parts of non-metal material, kinds of film, plating,  harden depth, coating thickness, film thickness, and the distance between two points by automatic reading, manual reading; meanwhile, it can take the picture of surface appearance of metal, and print in fixed ratio. This system breaks through the traditional test method, complete the full automatic, high accuracy, high repeatability test; it is the important equipment for analysis material. It can measure the hardness of material from soft to hardened type, including the carburization, nitridation, quench hardening coating, surface coating, steel, ferrous metal, glass and ceramic material.

AHKD-1000XYZ full automatic measuring system, receiving the information and control of the Knoop hardness tester by connecting the RS 232 port to host, and control the stage box, then control the auto stage to move and receive the information; move the auto stage to the best image surface by controlling the focus device. The indentation transferred optical signal, and indicate on the screen by digital camera, then get the Knoop hardness value by manual and auto reading.
