FAQ

Q: How to get the quotation for my interesting item?

You may send us an e-mail including the item#, estimated order qty, movement type, packing type etc. The more information is offered, the accurate price you will get, normally you enquiry will be responded with 1 working day.

Q: Is it possible that I place an order less then MOQ?

Yes, it is possible; please send your enquiry with your order quantity. The price of the small quantity order is higher because of the LCL charge. You more you ordered the better price you get.

Q: May I have the sample of my interesting item?

Yes, the free sample is available, but the courier fee will be on your account. To get the samples, please send us your sample request with your courier account and mail address. Normally the sample will be sent within 1 week.

Q: What’s the payment term if I want to place an order?

You may have 2 options: 1) 30% deposit is requested to start the production and the balance can be paid after inspection or copy of bill of loading. 2) If your order amount is exceed US$10,000 you may establish a L/C through a requested bank which is acceptable by us.

Q: May I have my own logo on the dial of the clock?

Yes, you may have your own logo on the dial of the clock, if your order qty is less then 30,00 pcs, a film set up charge of US$80.00 may be occurred.

Q: How to make sure the order was proceeded according to my request?

We will confirm every production details with you before bulk production. And when the production finished, you may indicated a QC to carry out the finish inspection, or our QC will carry out the final inspection and send you photos and inspection report under you request.

Q: is OEM/ODM order possible?

Yes, OEM/ODM order is welcomed. If a new mould need to be setup, the mould charge need to be on your account, which could be refunded when your total order qty exceed 20,000 pcs.
