DIN 1.2365 has Excellent homogeneity , Excellent toughness;
High thermal ability, High resistance of thermal shocks;
Good thermal conductivity, High cleanliness;
Good polishing ability.
4.Heat Treatment of 1.2365 steel
1. Quench:1030-1060°c by oil or wind cooling
2. Tempering:600~700 °c
3. Annealed HBS235 MAX
5.Applications of 1.2365 steel
Used in hard plastic mold , aluminum, zinc alloy die-casting mold , forging hammer , high speed
precision forging die insertsdrawing dies,plate dies and edge or cold shears,etc.
6.Inspection of 1.2365 steel
100% Ultrasonic according to the test standards:SEP1921-84,GR.3 CLASS C/C D/d or by SGS,
AHK or Alex Stewart.
