Q:Are you a trade company or manufacturer?

We are a manufacturer and our factory is in Jiading district Shanghai city. You can come to visit our factory. 

Q: Can we custom colors and logo we need?

Yes, you can, but the quantity need to be at least 500 pcs. Because it will add our production cost if make other colors crates. 

Q:Why your price are higher than other supplier?

Because all our crates made from virgin PP material. 

Q.If we need samples, how to get them?

You just offer the information of the crates you need, such as dimension,color,quantity and so on.

And offer your detailed address, we will offer you samples. But the samples fee and airfreight are your account.

Because we send lots of samples every day, it will be a loss for us to offer free samples. Pls understand us. 

Q.Do you offer discounts on large orders?

We can offer better pricing on most large orders.

Q: What method of payment does Join plastic accept?

A: We accept T/T,Western union ,paypal and all major credit cards. Payment must be made prior to delivery.

Q:How does the box deliver and pick up the boxes?
