China National Security Bureau,Shanghai,Ukraine Tower,Ukraine,Shanghai Expo 2010...The Products are selling to more than 100 countries and we have 70% export.

 

Our aluminum extrusion is in accordance with ISO9001 2000 Standard,CE certified,ASTM certified and so on. Machines are mostly imported from Germany,Italy,Taiwan.

Casting Workshop

There are currently six casting furnaces,the daily output can reach 208 tons.

 

 

 

 

Mould Workshop

We can produce the mould which outside diameter from 160mm to 576mm.

 Extrusion Workshop

We have 34sets of extrusion line which are all imported from Taiwan,the detail is as below.

There are three powder coating lines in our company.praying quality construction strict implementation of the United States Association of Manufacturers AAMA-605.02.90 standard.

 

 

 Quality control

We have one test center.There are some professional test machines in our laboratory,such as Ntroduced spectrum analyzer from U.K.,Cimatron Section Measuring System from Shaping Articles from Israel,Xenon Weatherometer from U.S.......
