       This product is a new generation softening finishing agent for top grade textiles which produce excellent softening, smoothingeffect on textiles. Fabrics treated with it is lustrous and boast high degree of whiteness. JN XS-8307 is widely applied to various fiber products.

First dilute the emulsion with cold water, and then add it into the liquor sink. Make sure to do so, especially when it is used with other resin auxiliary agents to prevent condensation.

Never pour the silicone emulsion into an operatingdevice with cloth, otherwise its rapid absorption may result in cloth mottling.

Timely clean the mangling liquor sink (chassis) and the roller (cylinder) to avoid contaminating the cloth surface.

v  Attentions

1. Please keep it at a closed and shady place without being mixed with anion auxiliaries.

2. Thorough cleaning must be conducted before finishing to avoid instability of emulsion or demulsification, because either the residual alkali in the articles or unstable PH value of the water could affect the overall finishing performance.

3. Relevant devices and vessels must be cleaned before working solution is prepared. Better not to keep the working solution for over 48 hours.

4. Once the package is opened, it is recommended to be used up in a short time.

5. Stop using it if any floccule or floating oil is found in the emulsion before use.

 To be packed with 50kg plastic drums. The product should be stored and transported as general chemicals. Seal tightly and store in a cool and shady place, the shelter life is 90 days.
