JN DM-1114 Fixing Agen
v Function
JD-002 fixing agent is mainly used for stocks as raw materials with high proportion of impurities like OCC, DIP, GP, CTMP, TMP and so on. It removes anion impurities such as adhesive materials, stickies and so on in the system, regulates charge balance of the system, enhances absorption of sizing agents and dyestuff on the fiber, thus improving product quality. In addition, the use of the product reduces paper break and felt cleaning frequency and increases paper production. This product has good stability and solubility; it’s simple to use and the input cost is low.

v Usage
Dilute the product 50-100 times and add before or after beating; or the product can be added directly into the hydrapulper. The general dosage is 0.5-1.0 kg for one tone of paper.
v Caution
During transportation and storage, avoid contacting with strong oxidizers, this product should be stored in a cool and shady place ( 5 ~ 30 ), avoid freezing and sun exposure.
v Packing
25kg,50kg,1000kg plastic drum, or according to customer requirements.
