v Features
This product is suitable for the dry lamination of flexible packages for foods and medicines and so on . It is especially suitable for flexible packages that have a strict standard for composite solvent residue and peculiar smell below 5°C.. It has good transparency.
The product uses alcohols as solvents, which are cheap, saves the cost of dry lamination. Alcoholic solvents have low toxicity and less irritation, They significantly improve the working environment. The product containing alcoholic solvents is safe and environmentally friendly.
The ink has wide application. It is compatiblewith conventional chlorinated polypropylene, alcohol soluble polyurethane and water-based ink. The production has good leveling performance, making it not easy to appear spots while composite with white ink.
The product is suitable for lamination of films such as BOPP, PA, CPP, PE and PET, etc. It functions well under relatively high temperature.
v Diluent
Ehanol/ isopropyl alcohol with a purity of more than 99% can be used as the solutions for the adhesive. Solutions of lower purity will make the emulsion have a muddy and whitish appearance, causing negative influences on coating. Ketone volume fractions should be below 0.5% and the volume fractions of aldehydes should be below 0.02% in the solvents.

v Operating condition
Dilution: add enough solvent to the principal agent stir them thoroughly, then add the curing agent and stir them untile the mixture become homogenious..
Coating: applicable to the coating of any bareback roller and anilox roller, and adjust the line number and the depth of the mesh opening of pressure roller or anilox rolleraccording to the amount of the adhesive the technological process requires .

Operating concentration: the recommended concentration is generally between 20% to 35%, and the optimal concentration is 30%.
Coating weight: between 1.5 g/mm and 3.0 g/mmwhen coating on dry basis .
Drying : As long as the lamination speed is guaranteed, the alcohol soluble adhesive will be dry better with an proper increase in the drying tunnel temperature or the air volumefor laminators with the external hot air supply. When the drying system is composed of more than three stagess, the temperature gradient should be controlled properly with the temperature at the entrance between 55°C and 65°C, and 75~85°Cat the exit
Laminating pressure and temperature: increase the pressure and temperature of the laminating rolls as much as possible as long as the films are not damaged and the opening capacity of the inner layer is not negatively affected. Temperature is generally controlled between 60~80°C as per different products.
Aging: The laminated film can be slitted to make bags after aging for 12 to 24 hours in a temperature between 45±5°C , there is no need for ageing or natural ageing is enough for thin package while indoor temperature is higher than 40°C.
This product should be stored in dry, cool and shady places. The base resin has a shelter life of 18 months while the curing agent ten months.
