Structure features of MAP80 asphalt plant:
1.The control system adopts computer, Japanese PLC, American EMERSON transducer, Mettler-Toledo weighting sensor etc. Advanced reliable components;
2.Big motor adopts reasonable depressurization start; Cold supply adopts frequency control, control and adjust according to certain rate; burner automatically ignition and remote control;
3.Computer adopts entire Chinese dynamic process monitoring, with a major part of the current temperature display and key components display, with side entry, formula storage, time to adjust, flying material amendment, self-diagnosis, fault alarm, chain security conservation and production data storage report, date service query and report printing;
4. Fine aggregate sub-metering, new and old powder be added according to certain rate; bitumen weighting can ensure weighting accuracy and monitor the “oil-stone rate” of that batch;
