Mobile asphalt mixing plant introduction

MAP series mobile asphalt mixing plant is our company's latest generation of asphalt products.
It's convenient for quick transportation and installation, with modular design and compact structure.
The disassembly and installation work can be completed in five days, which greatly save manpower and material resources.
MAP series mobile asphalt mixing plant can run on the different road, with capacity range 40-120 ton per hour.
In short, MAP series mobile asphalt plant is an ideal choice for project of scattered construction and single project with small construction volume.

Working principle
It’s accordance with ordinary batch asphalt plant working principle.
The difference is all asphalt plant components are installed on the mobile trailer chassis, which is convenient to move.
Assembly the different trailer together can achieve the same function with ordinary asphalt mixing plant.
The chassis is made according to the truck standard, such as EN536, EN60204, EN ISO 12100.

Size is suitable for different pavement, such as high-speed road, the city road etc.
