Zinc galvanized steel Water Tank

1)    The plate is press by the special equipment, the surface is smooth, and the concave shape of the plate is good for reduce thepressure of the water pressed to the plate.

2)    This plate is made of Q235 steel. 

3)The thickness: 3mm,2.5mm,2mm,1.5mm it is different according the size of the tank.

4) The size of the hot dip galvanized steel plate: 1000mm*1000mm, 1000mm*500mm, 500mm*500mm.

5) The size of the water tank, it can be design according the size of the location place, the tallest height is 5meters.

Sectional hot dip galvanizing water tank is a new type of water tank. Manufacturing and installation is free form the affects of civil engineering . No welding equipment is needed. 

Hot galvanized surface attractive and durable, good for health, can prevent secondary pollution. 

Field-assembled using standardized block, blocks are bolted with nontoxic rubber inserts 

in between.

Water capacity varies from  1.0 cubic meter to 1000 cubic meters, height may reach as great 

as 5 meters. 

Inflow, outflow tubes as well as return tube's diameter and place is decided by the designer, 

passages of at least 7000mm is needed around the tank.
