1) How do you take care when your clients received defective products?   
A: replacement. If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.   

2)How do you check all the goods in the production line?   
A: We have spot inspection and finished product inspection. We check the goods when they go into next step production procedure. Third Party inspection is acceptable 

3 ) What factors will affect the price? 

A. Size, material, weight, handle and quantity.

B. How many of printing color, which affect the set up cost of gravure printing and the unit price of silkscreen.

C. The artwork size on one or two sides or more, which affect the unit price of hot transfer printing.
