1, the blade gap adjustment drived through worm reducer, by the MD-100 system, encoder feedback, adapt to different thickness and material needs of the shear.

2, Turret shear angle adjustment by the MD-100 system, through synchronization round, time belt control, encoder feedback, can adjust in a certain extent, can make deformation of shear materials reduce to ideal state.

3, back gauge adjustment drived through worm reducer, parachute gear, by MD-100 system, encoder feedback has ensured accuracy of back gauge(≤ ± 0.10 mm).
