Our Processing of Yellow Maize from the farm to direct agency.

1. Agency has huge space to ensure that the farm freshed maize is dried completely under sunlight with proper precautions.

2. It will be entered into Gunny bags and then placed inside the godown where proper sunlight is there.

3. The stock will be maintained with fumigation at proper intervals.

Once we recieve the order,

We unload the stock from gunny bags and check the specification with the certification agency.

Then clean it with machine or net depends on the customer order and then fill it into HDPP 50 KG BAGS.

Load into the cleaned truck and sent to the port.

Process in the Port:

1. Direct Crossing into the container from the truck

2. Clean the container

3. Put Craft Paper on all the sides of the truck

4. Ensure that the bags are properly stuffed 

5. We can fit in 24 MTs. 480 Bags in One container with ease

6, Customs supervision and Fumigation to the containers

7. Silica Gel inside the containers

Buyer will get 

1. Certificate of Origin

2. Fumigation Certificate

3. Quality Certification (If buyer requires)

4. Insurance copy 

5. Phyto Sanitary Certificate

6. 3 Original BL copies

7. 2 copies of Customs Invoice and Packaging Lists
