Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) integrated the advantages of all plastic. Such as high impact resistance, wear resistance, anti-corrosion, self-lubrication, low-temperature resistance. Cause of these five advantages, UHMWPE is widely used in Europe, the America and other countries.

UHMWPE resin is an engineering thermoplastic composed of ethylene and butadiene monomer-----under the action of catalyst. The viscosity average molecular weight of UHMWPE is more than 1.5 million---7 million, and it is called "The Fantastic Plastic". Synthetic ice rink board is made from the 100% virgin material of UHMWPE.
