HOW TO USE

1. Store the pack in freezer for 2 hours.

2. Wrap the pack with a light weight towel before use.

3. Clean the injured area. Apply a sterile bandage if skin is broken. Raise the injured area to reduce swelling.

4. Apply pack to desired area. Remove pack if it is uncomfortable. Reapply in a few moments if comfortable.

5. Applying 20 minutes per time is recommended.
