What pre-filter for?

  Pre-filter includes three stages, with the first two PP filters and the third fiber activated carbon filter. PP filter can filter out solid matters such as rust and sands etc. And fiber activated carbon filter can filter out remaining chlorine, organic compound, pesticide and some heavy metal etc.

Usually it is matched with our Water Ionizer. Two reasons to use pre-filter: 1. guarantee water quality produced; 2. prevent electrolysis chamber from crystallizing.

  It is about 3 months for the PP filter and 6 months for carbon filter. The filter’s lifespan depends on water quality and quantity, so sometimes filter may need to be changed ahead of schedule. Also the filter needs to be changed at the condition that the water output decreases.

 

Note: When the first filter need replacing, change the second into the first and put the new one into the second; it can make full use of filter by reuse.
