1.The spiral classifier manufactured by our company adopts advanced technology.

3.There are two types of spiral classifier.
1.)High weir single or double type:It's mainly used for the separator of ores with particle size between 0.83-0.15mm.
2.)Immersed single or double type:It is mainly applied to the separator of ores with particle size between 0.15-0.07mm.
Application
Spiral Classifier is widely applied to separate the particles into different product grades according to size in the complete
closed loop together with ball mill in the mining industry, separate light particles from heavy particles in the gravity
separation process, separate fine particles and liquid from coarse particles in the metal ore dressing process, separate the
slurry or liquid from solid particles in ore dressing plant.
Working Principle
Different solid granularities have different gravity and thus have different dropping speed. The fine ore granularities
floating in the water will overflow and the big ones will sink to the bottom, and then discharge from the upper part by
spiral pushing. It can filter the granularities from the machine and then spin the rough particles to charging part by spiral
vane and discharge the fine granularities from the overflow pipe.
