1. Woking principle: Extruding and vibration moulding . After the materials feeding into hopper, the spiral auger will squeeze the concrete to froming cavity .By continous vibration, the surface of panel will became soomth and compacting .

2.Materials: Lightweight concrete (Cement+ light weight aggregate)

3.Productivity: 1.5*1.7 meter/ minute , 700SQM per working day

4. Automation level: Semi- atutomatic

5. Main spare parts: Spiral auger,Vibrator,Motor ,Gearbox; forming plates etc.

6. Except for the JQT 90×600,we can also provide other models of machines for producing different sizes of wall panels
