1. Which price terms do your company could accept?

It depends on your choice. FOB, CIF, DDU, CAF, etc

2. What is the payment we could accpet?

Generally, T/T is the most frequently we used payment.

3. Can I choose my own forwarder?

Yes, of course you can. And we will charge some fee. Like Documents fee, Clear custom fee, ENS fee.

4. If I do not know how to choose a suitalbe heat pumps, what can I do?

Please kindly inform me the area of place, air temperature, and water flow etc information, I would like choose the most suitable heat pump to you.

5. What if I want buy some spare parts from your company?

Welcome, generally, the spare parts could delivery to your door in 5 to 7 days. However, Freight would be expensive. So, you could buy it with heat pumps.

7. What if there are some problems of the machine?
